TERRIFIC POST KIMBERLY!! Another thing I'd add to this is the fact that I don't believe women truly understand the power they hold. That realization in itself is quite the confidence booster. Now though, I'm not saying that realizing this power we wield means that we can't submit at times.

I agree completely! As a young attorney, I am now realizing the power of CONFIDENCE. Confident people can be completely wrong about any given topic but have everyone on their side simply because confidence gives the "illusion" of credibility.
