There is so much to do, so much to figure out and so much to worry about.  Your article points out that all of this can be done in a less hectic manner.  We can take our time, know ourselves and let the rest just flow. We're much more complex than that. I agree that most of us (me included) need to breathe and slow down before rushing into things.
