  • AMEN!!!
  • man, i have the answer...and i kid you not when i type this.

spend the money and get yourself a tempurpedic. i was single for a long time and now that i'm almost hitched, the tempurpedic has been a blessing and nice transition to my new found life.

there are two things you don't mess with: where you eat and where you sleep.

don't be cheap, get the tempurpedic, and you won't be disturbed by your partner.
  • Really? Men sleep lighter than women do? What about all the men who snore super loudly? I'm a light sleeper so any type of noise bothers me. But I will say that it's very true that you get used to sleeping with someone next to you. King of Queens had a hella funny episode about that...
  • I don't know that I'm representative of all men, but I cannnot sleep if there is NOT a woman beside me in my bed, like my wife. Even before I was married, if there wasn't a woman beside me, I was as uncomfortable as I would be sleeping on a cardboard cot or on the ground in the woods. It just didn't feel right, and I couldn't get it out of my mind.
  • I've been married nine years. Love my wife to death. She loves me. We have separate bedrooms. Best decision we ever made. Just because husbands and wives sleep together on television dramas doesn't mean that's the way life should always be.
