Gloria · 2 years agoI have tried the weight watchers diet and it did work. However, when I quit I got quite lazy and have regained my weight. I think weight watchers is good for someone like me that doesn't have the self-discipline to do it on their own. It's nice to have someone to answer to after you've "been bad". I do agree that your four points are key to losing including a positive attitude. That is the one thing that weight watchers taught me: even a little loss is something to be proud of!!

Kimberly · 2 years agoDefinitely- anytime you set a goal to lose weight and are successful you should be very proud of yourself. Losing weight is one of the hardest things to do once your metabolism slows down!

George Yeo · 1 year agoI think it's all about self-discipline. I am nowhere near overweight but I still try to lose those 'extra' fats so that I can have my abs. Without doubt, I am having my difficulties keeping my diet.
