It certainly is an awesome time in history.
I cried for several days! I was one of the people at Grant Park in the City of Chicago! I was lucky enough to obtain tickets! Along with the rest of the group here, my daughter and I campaigned hard!
Hard work does pay off!
We were right up front, stood in the line starting at 3:30PM CST! We did not realize until the next day the multidude of people that were standing behind us!
Michigan Ave. was full of people instead of traffic! It was the best site that I have ever witnessed in my entire life!
We were blocked off from the rest of the crowed and as we exited people were high fiving us and cheering us for the outcome of the election!
People of ALL cultures, social statues and religions were there!
I am 52 years of age and never in my life time did I think that I could experience something of this nature!
It was wonderful! Just like the world is meant to be!
I am trying so hard to get to Washington for the Inaguration. I do not know how, but I AM praying on this.
If anyone out there is from Chicago going there and you have extra room, please let me know.
If there is any one in D.C. that has room on their floor for a supporter, please let me know.
Life is limited and I am a true believer that we should live life at it's fullest.
Please allow me to experience this life changing event!
