Kimberly Michelle · 2 years agoNo matter what you do, if you're unhappy remember that your life isn't just gonna change. You have to want it to change and then do something about it. Writing in a journal can be beneficial even if it's just for the sake of recapping your day- remembering the little things that made you happy and sad. Therapy comes in many forms...

ItsMe · 2 years agoI'm thankful to be alive and well. I accept the rat race that ensues is by my choice. If I don't like what happens, its up to me to change it... blaming others is a waste of time. Easier said than done, but it starts with a mind set.
