  • ... or jot down what makes you unhappy and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT instead of just being miserable.
  • No matter what you do, if you're unhappy remember that your life isn't just gonna change. You have to want it to change and then do something about it. Writing in a journal can be beneficial even if it's just for the sake of recapping your day- remembering the little things that made you happy and sad. Therapy comes in many forms...
  • I'm thankful to be alive and well. I accept the rat race that ensues is by my choice. If I don't like what happens, its up to me to change it... blaming others is a waste of time. Easier said than done, but it starts with a mind set.
